Meet the Owner of The House Health & Wellness

The heart of The House Health & Wellness is a deep belief that true health comes from listening to the body and responding with care, balance, and intention.

With over 20 years of personal yoga practice and 8 years of coaching CrossFit, the owner brings a rare blend of experience across both mindful movement and strength-based training. Through years of working with a wide range of bodies, goals, and life circumstances, one truth became clear: no single method works for everyone.

Instead, lasting wellness comes from an intuitive, individualized balance of yoga, strength training, cardiovascular movement, and proper nutrition—applied thoughtfully and adjusted over time. When the body is supported rather than pushed, people move better, feel stronger, and live with more energy and ease.

This philosophy guides everything at The House Health & Wellness. The focus isn’t perfection or performance—it’s helping each person build a sustainable relationship with movement and health that supports a happier, more productive, and more fulfilling life.
